Certificate-matched video
Every stone comes with a video, proportions diagram, fluorescence grade, and still image set. The report number is laser-inscribed and searchable on IGI or GIA in real time. You can show the stone accurately before it arrives.
Round and oval emphasis
Round brilliant and oval are our primary shapes for jeweller supply. Fancy shapes (pear, cushion, emerald, radiant, princess) are available on request and sourced to your specification.
Hold until design approval
Stones can be held against an agreed reservation while a design is finalised. Confirm the hold window when requesting availability. We will not release the stone to another buyer during the agreed period.
MATCHED PAIRS AND CUSTOM SPECIFICATION

For two-stone rings, earring pairs, and design commissions requiring matched stones, we source oval and round pairs matched by colour, clarity, and proportions. For non-standard shapes or dimensions, the Custom Specification Desk handles individual cutting briefs.

Pairs matched by colour, clarity, cut grade, and proportions for earrings, side-stone settings, and bespoke commissions. Available as a standing parcel for high-volume programmes or sourced stone by stone for individual design briefs.

IGI or GIA certified; grades, fluorescence and cut stated per stone. Verify each report number on the issuing laboratory's platform and match any laser inscription to the report before dispatch.
GIA certification is available as an alternative for buyers who require it; ask when placing your enquiry. Premium and repeat accounts can request an independent verification right before a parcel is released, including pre-dispatch inspection or third-party grading on reasonable notice.
SUPPLY CREDENTIALS
Surat factory, direct
We manufacture at our own benches in Surat. There is no wholesaler, broker, or intermediary in the supply chain between our production and your parcel.
IGI or GIA report per stone
Every stone ships laser-inscribed and report-matched. Report numbers are searchable on the IGI or GIA verification platform by any buyer in any market in real time.
Video and image pack
Each stone dispatched to a new account is accompanied by a video, proportions diagram, fluorescence grade, and still image set. For repeat accounts, the pack is available on request.
Insured shipping, declared invoice
Parcels ship insured against declared value with a per-stone invoice reconciled to the certificate. All documentation is prepared for Singapore Customs permit and GST declaration.

We respond to enquiries and availability questions within the Singapore business day. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for urgent requirements.
PAYMENT TERMS
For a first cross-border order with a new supplier, the most straightforward structures are cash against documents (CAD) and letter of credit at sight (LC at sight). Both give the buyer documentary control before funds are released while giving the supplier confirmed payment before the parcel is delivered. After a buyer has verified the company and certificates on a first order, we offer 50% pre-dispatch with the balance due before dispatch of the confirmed parcel. For small trial orders from an established contact, telegraphic transfer in advance removes the documentary overhead and is the simplest route for parcels under a defined value threshold.
Memo and consignment are not offered as a default. The stones are high-value and the dispute risk without a robust inspection protocol on both sides is significant. If a specific arrangement is required for your account structure, raise it in your enquiry and we will advise on what we can support.
